Review of the FY 2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is a federally required document that outlines how federal transportation planning funds are allocated and used by the Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG). The document is available for public review from April 9 to May 9, 2026. All feedback will be reviewed by the MPO Policy Board before final approval.

Comment

The annual Unified Planning Work Program describes the planning work within the Mountainland Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) conducted by staff of the MPO, the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), and the Utah Transit Authority (UTA). The program gives a general overview of the work to be accomplished over the year by describing the planned work, budget, and funding sources.
