Consultants and vendors interested in doing business with MAG should become familiar with MAG's procurement policy.
The survey is currently in the deployment stage. It is anticipated that the data will be available to the project team at some point in the development of the Active Transportation Plan, although the exact timing has not yet been determined.
Proposals are anticipated to have bios for select team members in the body of the proposal (and subject to the six-page limit) that relate team members' skills to the needs of the project. Consultants may elect to attach resumes of key personnel outside of the body of the proposal (and not subject to the six-page limit).
The six-page limit refers to 8.5x11 pages. Consultants may elect to use one or more 11x17 pages, though each of these pages will count as two pages towards the limit.
Planning
WFRC and MAG are jointly seeking Statements of Qualifications from eligible consultants to form a prequalified pool of consultants to provide planning and technical assistance to local government projects.
For all technical planning, studies, and modeling activities, MAG and the Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC) maintain a pool of pre-qualified consultants to select from. This pool operates on a three-year cycle, with a new request for qualifications (RFQ) published each fall (typically in October).
