Mountainland Association of Governments ("MAG," "we," "us," "our") operates the magutah.gov website (the "Service"). 6. Government Records (GRAMA)

All data collected through this website may be classified as a government record under the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). This data is managed according to a records retention schedule. The user data collected is included in the Transitory tracking records series.


7. At-Risk Employee Information

Under Utah Code 63G-2-302, an at-risk government employee may request that their personal information be classified as a private record. If you are an at-risk employee, please contact our GRAMA Records Officer at grama@magutah.gov to make such a request.


8. Security

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information and are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


9. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. 10. Children's Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.
