We offer a variety of in-home programs that allow older adults to remain in their homes and receive supportive services.
Through the Caregiver Support Program, we provide caregivers with information, resources, education, and support groups to support them as they care for a senior loved one.
HEAT, Weatherization Assistance Program, and Single-Family Housing Rehab help pay your utility bills, provide home repairs, or make your home more energy efficient.
Through Meals on Wheels, nutritious meals and a safety check are delivered to homebound seniors. Meals are provided Monday-Friday during lunch.
Community meals and socialization are available at a local senior center.
Volunteer with the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), Meals on Wheels, Friendly Callers, LTC Ombudsman and more.
Connect with a friend through Friendly Callers. Volunteers are ready to chat, listen, or just check in once a week to help those feeling isolated.
