What's in a meal?

When designing our menu, we consult with a registered dietitian to provide you with a healthy and delicious meal.
Each meal includes protein, vegetables, fruit, grains and milk. All of our meals meet low-sodium, heart healthy special diet requirements and offer one-third of the recommended daily intake for older adults.

Special Diets

Many special diets are accommodated, including allergies and texture-modified meals that include ground foods for recipients with chewing or swallowing difficulties. A carbohydrate count of menu items is available for recipients with diabetes. Ask about our special diets during your assessment.
