How to Apply for Mileage Reimbursement
Fill out ACH form for direct deposit. Volunteers only need to fill it out once. Download with the link below.
Download the mileage report. Fill out and return. This can be filled out as needed, monthly. Please note, we have a mileage cap of 150 miles per month at $37.50 maximum reimbursement per month (as of Feb 2024).
