LEHI CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE PY19 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT - CORONAVIRUS (CDBG-CV) FUNDS

MAG will hold a public comment period and a public hearing to receive input on a proposed Substantial Amendment to its PY19 Annual Action Plan. This amendment pertains to the use of Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funds, originally allocated under the CARES Act, to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus pandemic.

The PY19 Annual Action Plan sets forth specific activities and expenditures using funds received through the CDBG-CV program, administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As our community's needs and the landscape of the pandemic continue to evolve, it is necessary to propose a substantial amendment to ensure the most effective and efficient use of these critical funds. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 3 PM at 586 E 800 N, Orem, UT 84097. If you would like to attend virtually, at the time of the meeting, join the call with the button below. If you would like to leave a comment regarding the amendment, please email csaldana@mountainland.org. Comments will be accepted until September 1, 2025.
