Home Health and Hospice

Services: Home health provides In-home nursing and therapy services for rehabilitation. Services may include personal care, medical equipment, physical and occupational therapy, and skilled nursing services.
Hospice is palliative care for individuals with terminal illnesses with the goal of maintaining and/or improving their quality of life when there is no cure, or no desire to seek a cure.

Fees: Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
