Services: Medicaid only. Non-emergency, door-to-door medical transport for ambulatory, wheelchair, or stretcher users. Schedule at least 3 business days before appointment. Urgent care rides may be available if appointment is within 24 hours—must specify.

Fees: Accepts Traditional Medicaid only.
