The Annual Action Plan is a guiding document for investing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) over the next program year. The proposed plan was heavily informed by Eagle Mountain residents and experts in the field of housing, homelessness, community development, and service providers. Your feedback is important to Eagle Mountain's Community Development. Public input ensures CDBG plans and funding reflects community needs and priorities, leading to more effective allocation of resources.A public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at 5:15 PM at 586 E 800 N Orem, UT 84097. The 5-year Consolidated Plan identifies community and housing needs, market conditions, and program priorities and goals.
The Citizen Participation Plan's primary goal is to provide the community, especially low and moderate income citizens, the chance to particpate in the planning and assessement of the CDBG program.
