The 21st Annual Caregiver Conference brings together caregivers to explore strategies for enhancing resilience. Engage in interactive workshops, insightful discussions, and mindfulness practices designed to nourish your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. 

Whether you are a seasoned caregiver or new to the role, this conference is an opportunity to recharge, learn, access community resources, and strengthen your caregiving skills. 

The general sessions (opening and closing keynotes) and all sessions from the Dementia Track will be live-streamed. Sessions from the General Caregiving Track will be available to watch on-demand for registrants after the conference.
