Thriving Together: Finding the Light in Caregiving

The 20th Annual Caregiver Conference is your chance to pause, refocus, and find new strength in your caregiving journey. Through hands-on workshops, thoughtful conversations, and restorative mindfulness practices, you’ll gain tools to support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Whether you’re just beginning or have been caregiving for years, this event offers a meaningful way to recharge, connect with community resources, and sharpen your skills.

General sessions and the dementia track will be live streamed. General Caregiving Track sessions available on-demand after the conference.

For any questions or technical assistance accessing the conference, please call 801-229-3818.
